WE ARE HOWEVER OFFERING THE LATE AVAILABILITY DATES SHOWN AT JUST £45.00 PER NIGHT INCLUDING TAX AND END OF RENTAL CLEAN. A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS WILL APPLY DURING THESE PERIODS.

WE PROVIDE OUR GUESTS WITH FREE INTERNET ACCESS AND THERE IS A 51 INCH TV IN THE LOUNGE AND A WELL EQUIPPED GAMES ROOM.

Our Florida home is situated in a peaceful spot, yet only 15 minutes to Disney World by car. The journey from Orlando Int. Airport takes around 40 minutes and Sanford approx 90 minutes.

Westridge offers excellent facilities for those who are feeling energetic, including Basketball Court, Playground, Soccer Field, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court and Volleyball Court

There are many shops locally, including large Publix and Walmart supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, petrol stations etc - just minutes away by car.

All rooms are air-conditioned in the house and most have ceiling fans fitted.

We feel that our home is the ideal place to relax after a long and hectic day at the theme parks, or shops. Sit by the pool with an ice cold drink and soak up some of that gorgeous Florida sunshine. Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy the peace and tranquility that Westridge can offer.

Bass Lake Estate is located off highway 192 behind Medieval Times in Kissimmee. The community is located in what can only be described as one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida. It's only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport,10 minutes drive to Walt-Disney-World-Resort Theme parks and a short walk away from a 24 hour Super-Wal-Mart and a great selelection of shops and restaurants. Bass Lakes Sweeping Entrance combined with lake access for fishing,lush landscaping and natural conservation areas provide the perfect setting for this neighbourhood and a superb base for that dream holiday. The comminity has many Championship Golf courses on its door step and lots more facilities close by are Horse Riding,Shooting,Crazy Golf,Gator-Land,Jet Skies and Air-Boat rides.

Florida Breeze Villa is located on the prestigious High Grove resort, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. High Grove is a small community of only 160 villas, all having terracotta tiled roofs and block paved pool decks, giving the community a Mediterranean feel.
Florida Breeze villa is one of only fifteen villas on High Grove that have an open aspect onto conservation land and lake. Situated at the furthest point from the main gate, the villa is quiet and not overlooked.

Our welcoming 5 bedroom /3 bathroom villa is very well presented and comfortable, with all modern facilities throughout including HD LCD cable television in all bedrooms.

Villa Bliss, the Orlando holiday villa, is on the highly rated tranquil golf resort community of Highlands Reserve, a prestigious championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course. Guests have free use of Tennis courts, a large communal swimming pool and children’s play park.

The reserve is ideal for Golfers and non-Golfers alike. Apart from the world renowned attractions (Disney World is just 12 minutes away). There are many other facilities in the area, such as fishing, horse riding, air-boats, balloon and helicopter rides, etc.

Visitors will also be spoilt with the numerous and diverse restaurants, offering excellent value. What better way to relax or after a hectic day of activity than in our south west facing refreshing spa, which is attached to our swimming pool both of which can be heated in the cooler months. The pool and spa are both enclosed with a removable safety fence for children.

We also have a ground floor Games Room, containing a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. You will also find some tennis racquets and balls for use on the nearby tennis court.
