Private Pool
The 30ft x 15ft Pool is South West facing and has a very sunny aspect.It can be lit up at night for a late evening swim. The large sundeck has padded patio furniture and chairs for relaxing. The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. The pool has Free Solar heating but additional electric heating is available upon request for the cooler months of the year at an additional cost.
Lounge
Has a stunning 18ft cathedral ceiling making this a very bright and airy room. It has 3 comfortable sofas for you to chill out and watch our cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, or watch a DVD or play with the kids on our Play Station. There are also family board games and a library of books.
To complete the setting we have a coffee table and table lamps for ambient lighting.
Dining/Sitting Room
Our formal dining room has a table and seating for six people.
The sitting room is seperate to the lounge and has a sofa and CD player. This is a nice quiet area to sit and relax, read or sit your I Pod in our dock and quietly listen to music after a busy day at the Disney parks or a hard afternoon by the pool topping up your tan.
Kitchen
Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you would have at home and more.We have tried to think of most things you will need but not too much as you are on holiday.
A ceramic top cooker and oven, dishwasher, built in microwave and a huge fridge/freeezer with ice maker and fresh chilled filtered water.
We have a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and a blender for smoothies and cocktails.
Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and bakeware. For the pool area we have plastic glasses and plates. We even supply you T Towels.
Grab a quick snack before heading out for the day. Right by the kitchen and overlooking the pool. This is also a great area to sit and work if you have brought your laptop computer with you. Our internet access is Free.
Bedrooms
Master King
A delightful room with a 6ft King bed with Cable TV and a chair. Bedside tables with lamps, clock radio. For your added comfort there is a ceiling fan. A mirrored dresser and chest of drawers gives you plenty of room for all your clothes.
Queen
The 2nd bedroom has a 5ft Queen bed with bedside tables and lamps,clock radio,wardrobe closet, a mirrored dresser, Cable TV and a chair. For your added comfort there is a ceiling fan
3rd/4th
Our 2 twin rooms each have 2 twin beds,bedside table with lamp, a wardrobe closet,Cable TV, clock radio and chest of drawers.
Bathrooms
We have 3 bathrooms in total. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a large corner garden tub, a seperate walk in shower, a mirrored vanity sink. towel closet, and a seperate room off of it with hanging rails and shelves for all your clothes. Plenty of room to hide away your suitcases until it's time to go home again.
Our upstairs family bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a full bath with overhead shower, mirrored vanity sink and a towel closet.
Our downstairs shower room with shower and vanity sink is perfect for that quick shower after your swim in the pool.
We supply hairdryers for you.
Games Room
In the garage we have a 7ft Pool Table, a full size Air Hockey Table and Swing Ball. We have portable fans to keep you cool.

Pearl Villa is set amongst Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one of the top golf courses in Florida.
A location ideal for those looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando's numerous theme parks and attractions. Southern Dunes is located on US HWY 27, approx. 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, and near to attractions such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight.
It is a well established gated community with all villas surrounding the golf course. It has 24hr security at the gatehouse making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club
Has a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There is a fishing lake; tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a children’s play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.
