Description |
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two reception rooms our lovely fully air-conditioned Disney villa is very spacious, bright and airy. The private pool has screened panels for your added privacy and as it overlooks a lake and grassed areas there are no properties in front.
We have supplied all the facilities and amenities necessary to ensure our guests have a wonderful vacation.
Our Orlando Vacation Rental Home is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable and is set in very popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport which is only a 6 mile easy drive to Walt Disney World.
The excellent communal facilities at The Palms are free to all guests and include tennis courts, basketball, swimming pool and a childrens' play area.
We have a Games Room with 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball and Electronic Darts and Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet with a laptop.
Our Disney pool home has volume ceilings, nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a formal lounge with separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and a family room with patio doors to the pool terrace.
The Family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation 2 games console and selection of games, a selection of movies, books and games.
Our Florida holiday home sleeps 8 guests and 1 infant.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space.
The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, Cable TV, ceiling fans and roomy closets.
All bedrooms have Cable TV and celing fans, both bathrooms have hairdryers and all towels and linens are supplied including towels for the pool area.
A baby crib with linen plus highchair and stroller are supplied at no extra charge.
The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A Free Gas BBQ Grill is also provided for guests' use.
Our private pool terrace has a table and cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax in comfort and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation.
The pool can be illuminated at night for swimming or just to relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.
Smoking is only allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas only.
There is a phone installed which allows free Local, Long Distance and International calls.
An intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms.
The door entry operates electronically so no keys are required to gain access.
Situated nearby you can find a post office, bank, convenience store, small strip malls and a small gas station.
There's also a shop, Subway Sandwich Bar, Barber & Beauty Salon all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes/Esprit communities just minutes north of The Palms.
Less than a mile away there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and the newly completed 24hr WalMart superstore.
There is another Publix to the South in Berry Town Center at Sand Mine Road which is just over half a mile away.
The I-4,the gateway to both coasts is just 5 miles away.
Our Orlando vacation rental home is fully equipped to make this your ideal home away from home and the ideal location for your Florida vacation home.

Firstly, I am really sorry that I have not contacted you before leaving, I have under estimated the amount of logistics needed to move all the family with the so many laggages, etc. It took me lots of efforts and cost me lots of brain cells to coupe with last minutes needs.
Your villa provided us with a heaven like accommodation in Orlando. I think, I will have it for a month every summer and I will book it in advance. Thank you so much for such a perfect place you have.

Sorry for the delay in replying. We would just like to say we had a wonderful time in Florida. Your villa was perfect in every way. The children loved the pool and were in it every day, they miss it now. The location of your villa is ideal for all attractions, it soon felt like home!
We made use of a book you have there with information about the beaches on the east coast, we stayed at St Petes beach for two nights. While we were there we went to “Caspersons” beach to collect fossilised sharks teeth! That made a nice changed from the parks.
We met the couple from Orlando villa management, they are lovely helpful people, its comforting to know if there are any problems or questions they are available to help.
We have only been back home a week, and already our holiday feels like ages ago!.. we all wish we were still there.

We have just returned from a week's holiday in your lovely Florida home. What a beautiful, spacious, luxurious house - we didn't want to leave.
Our daughter chose the Master bedroom with the lovely bathroom and a closet she adored.
After a busy day out it was a joy to return 'home' and relax in your pool - our grandaughter enjoyed that bit the best.
Being able to stay in your lovely home made our holiday so special and we can't wait to return.

I just wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed our holiday and time at the villa. Your home is gorgeous and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We plan to go back to Florida with more of my family towards the end of July/ beginning of August and hope to stay again if available.
