Description |
On entering our home you will not fail to be impressed by the bright open-plan layout and vaulted ceilings.
Immediately to your right is the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would expect to find along with the breakfast table that seats four.
Directly in front of the breakfast bar is the dining table which seats six.
To your left are the twin bedrooms which have large built-in wardrobes.
Between the rooms is the first linen cupboard.
Here also is the family bathroom with bath and additional shower.
The living area itself is very spacious and has a three seater settee( which can be folded down as a bed if required), a two seater settee and a single chair.
We have cable tv, a dvd player, video player and a cd/cassette player.
There is a great selection of dvd,s and cd,s, available.
To the right of the patio doors is the master bedroom with king sized bed, cable tv, en-suite bathroom with shower, linen cupboard and large walk-in cupboard where a baby cot/pen is stored.
The pool can be accessed from here via the patio doors.The patio doors lead onto the enclosed pool area.
The pool itself is fairly large and is south facing for MAXIMUM sun exposure !
Sun all day !!
The deck area has two tables , six chairs and two sun loungers.
Adjacent to the pool is the lawn where you can safely barbeque.
Our double garage houses two large appliances, one a washing machine, the other a drying machine.
There is also a washing line with pegs ( at least there was the last time I looked) , an ironing board with iron , gas barbeque and childrens inflatables for the pool.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness, and are certain you will enjoy your stay in our home.

Our stay at the villa was fantastic.
We have been visiting the Orlando area since 1994 almost every year staying in a hotel.
Our first experience was very positive.

The villa was great , no complaints and it was exactly as you promised in the photos and texts.
The place was clean and tidy and everything worked as promised.
The pizzeria right opposite on 27 was good. We had pizza for our xmas eve meal. Lovely !

We found everything in perfect order, the home was very clean and all the supplies needed were available.
Having spent two weeks at Villa Overtoun we were very pleased with all it,s features, and the quiet, convenient location.
It was clean and well prepared when we arrived and has a bright open design which makes it a very enjoyable place to be.
It was well equipped with all the "comforts of home".
Any needed supplies could be obtained very close by and this made for a very convenient stay.
The details to arrange the rental, and to access the villa on arrival, were simple and handled smoothly.

We anticipate vacationing in Florida- it really is a nice place.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando and at the villa.
There was loads of space in the villa which was spotless and afforded the family room to move, and be apart at the end of the days !
The villa was super, roomy, clean with a lovely pool, and is a great location for the parks.
Should we come again we would happily return, and will recommend your home to any friends we know are visiting.

We have enjoyed our holidays at the villa so much that this will be our fourth visit this year ( 2008).
The villa is presented to the highest standards, and the fantastic pool is great after a day at the parks.
The location is an added bonus as it is approx 10 mins from Disney, with all the top restaurants within 5 minutes.
