Description |
Hampton Lakes is situated on Highway 27, 2 miles south of the 192 and about 15 minutes drive from the Disney attractions in Florida. This house was built in May 2003. It has 5 double bedrooms (three rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Two of the double bedded rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC downstairs. The house is private to the rear where the pool is situated. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. There is a separate dining room and a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a separate Games Room including full size Pool and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board.

Yes, we had a wonderful time in Florida. The villa was fantastic and the whole family really enjoyed our stay there.

Dear Kevin, I meant to write you as soon a we got home, but of course as soon as we got home we were busy doing all the things we should have done while we were
gone. The house was great. Very comfortable and big enough for my young grandchildren to run around in. They all enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. It was
too cool to swim which was too bad, but it does make the days in the parks a lot more enjoyable. My sister lives north of Orlando and we go down to see her during
the year, but we try to stay down by Disneyworld once a year and take the kids to the park. We'll be sure to contact you at the end of the year about renting the house

We had a wonderful time and crammed so much into our 2weeks! Really needed another week to just chill... and to take full advantage of the villa and pool.
Will of course consider again and will recommend villa to friends and family.

Hi Kevin, we had a great vacation. The house was great. The pool was nice and warm and the kids (the adult kids too) swam every night when we got back to the house.
The weather was perfect. We had our laptop computer and we used the wireless internet during our entire stay. It was great for locating restaurants, driving directions
and to check our return flight options. The kids are already talking about going again next year.

Nice to hear from you. Yes the villa did meet with our expectations. We had a fabulous vacation did loads of shopping & obviously the all the theme parks.
The temperature of the pool in the villa was fine without the heating. Really enjoyed the games room & BBQ.
