Living area
This beautiful furnished living/ dinning area is of an open plan design the spacious lounge has high ceilings and is light and airy, we have three large sofas so you can relax on. There is a large remote control TV and V.C.R with Cable and a Portable CD player, for you to use free. With ceiling fans as well as air conditioning in the whole villa, this will keep you lovely and cool in the Florida heat.
Patio doors lead to the pool area, are alarmed for safety of young children, Including the en-suite door and bedroom patio doors.
Free Broadband Internet
We offer you free broadband Internet and a computer free to use during your Stay at our Florida Vacation home from January 2008 if you prefer to bring your own laptop we have free wifi Internet at the club house
Dining area,
The dinning area has a formal table with seating for six.
The kitchen,
Which overlooks the lounge area; this has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. So you want miss any of your holiday chats. With a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge /freezer with automatic ice-maker dishwasher and double sink with waste disposal everything is provided to cater for ten people.
Utility room
There is a washing m/c and dryer; iron and ironing board are located in the utility room, which you are free to use.
Games room
We have access to the garage via a door from inside the villa, which is a games room for are young guests and includes snooker Table, Hockey table, and Basketball hoop.
Master Bedrooms
Master suite has a large Queen Size bed, roof fans, remote control cable TV, and telephone, which you can make local calls free. We have a walk-in closet so you have somewhere to hang all your new clothiers.
All the rooms are furnished in a typical Florida style,
The en-suite with large walking shower, which is ideal for the elderly or disabled and vanity unit with over lights and a hairdryer. We also have a large jack and Jill bathroom with shower, bath, WC and vanity unit with over lights, hairdryers are provided, all new linen and towels are provided free to use
Situated At the front of the villa, next to the second Double room and can be access by both hallways.
This pool house is a great for two families to share. We also have two Twin room, one is a Disney Car
Theme and the second twin for the older child
Pool Area
Pool Area a very spacious, large private pool area with a beautiful south-facing pool 26x13 which can be heated at a extra cost and also Lights up at night
With comfortable sun lounge has chairs and table with parasol for you to relax on. The sun hits about 7am and stays all day long; the water is still hot at mid-night, light the pool and enjoy swimming in the moon light. All Patio doors to the pool are alarmed, for peace of mind with our young guest. Table and chairs in the covered patio area that is shaded from the sun with a large parasol, so you can dine-Ala-fresco in to the night.
