01/17/08 Positive This is a beautiful home, and perfect for a great stay in Orlando. Close to the Parks (5 min drive), but without any of the claustrophic commercialism that you see all over the place. The villa is well equipped for kids to enjoy all the facilities with pool toys, bikes, DVD’s and plenty of Dalmatian puppies!! (Oh and there are rain capes to borrow if you brave any of the water rides, or get caught in a downpour) If you need a break from the Parks (we did) a day by the pool is great.
The villa is well laid out with no feeling of being on top of each other. The villa can well handle 2 four person families.
Larry and Mary were delightful hosts who even called us on our first day to make sure everything was OK.
This villa is definitely to be recommended and we will be back.

We had a very good holiday and the weather was perfect, in the high 80's, it only rained once and that was on our last night.
Our daughter & Son-in-law went onto Vegas for a week so we had our Grand daughter with us and spent most of the days at the Parks. It was so nice to be near to them, especially when you just wanted to get back to the villa and go for a swim after the heat of the day.

This is our 2nd. visit to your villa and again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Charlotte to all our friends.
Although we have visited Kissimmee several times this holiday resulted in our first visit to Old Town on the 192 -- we would highly recommend it (particually on a Saturday night).
Sadly, Tony managed to crack a glass which we have replaced. We have also added an inflatable Dinghy to keep Shamu company!!

Well what can we say that other guests haven't already.
We have had such a fantastic holiday. The villa was perfect in every way, better than we could ever imagined.
The heated pool was lovely after long days out. We visited all thre Parks and found it very easy due to the close proximity.
We found the Golden Coral was best value for breakfast.

Thanks for the use of your villa, it really is a home from home. Everyone has had a memorable time, really is a holiday of a life time and one we will never forget. I am sure we will recommend your villa to all our family & friends. The only problem we encountered was trying to get the kids out of the Pool to go to the Parks!!
We have added a few more toys to your collection. To the next family to use your villa we recommend TG Fridays, Houlians, Bennigans & also Key Kools. A must for all is Epcot, we found this to be the whole families best park, Soarin, & Test track, also the Fireworks at Epcot & magic kingdom. Also any family that requires a taxi for the night out I would highly recommend Florida transport (details on fridge) we also had a mine bus & a Limo, both very reasonable

This is our 4th. time in Florida and your villa is without doubt the best accommadation we have stayed in. The location was excellent and everyting was in close proximity. We especially enjoyed the pool and left an inflatable boat and sun lounger for future guests to enjoy!

Thanks very much for renting your villa to us. It's beautiful and really made us feel 'Homely' after being out at the Theme Parks etc. Kids loved the pool and the vararity of toys. Also the location of your villa is excellent for the Disney Parks (10-15 mins drive Max in traffic) and some excellent restaurants nearby on the 192.
Wev'e tried most of them that are nearby, Red Lobster, Carraberass, TJ Fridays, Crackerbarrel etc. They all had their own good points and good food!. We found that the Golden Corral was the best Value for breakfast. Kids had JELLY one morning!!!
The shopping Malls, Seaworld & International Drive Outlets were also easilly accessed either by Int. Drive itself or I4 which is quicker (took us 10 -15 minutes to Universal Studios). Also loved the Ice Show at Gaylords Hotel and on a rainy day 'Wonderworks' on Int. Drive was a good way to fill in the day.

We've just spent 2 great weeks in your villa. Wev'e stayed in a few different villas during other visits to Florida but this is our favourite so far, with brilliant furnishings and TVs in the bedrooms which kept everyone happy.
We didn't visit any Disney Parks, just Bush gardens in Tampa, which was great but we were amazed by how close the villa was to the other Parks.

Fantastic villa * location. So much to do and so little time!!
Hurricane Wilma was pretty uneventful for us. Stayed in the villa as advised then when it was safe to go out we hit the shops and done lots of damage to our wallets!!!

Arrived at your villa late 7th. Oct, so tired but what a lovely villa it is. It's just nice, like being at home, all you need is there. We have been out almost every day. The parks are fantastic and not too fat to go. This is our first time in Florida and probably won't be our last.
The Ponderossa was super with their breakfast buffet and not too lonf to wait. The sipermarkets are huge, and have everything you need.Having an all male party did not make a difference to me, I enjoyed everything just as much. i think the boys favourite places were Bush gardens, Universal Stidios * Island of Adventure. I loved Seaworld. You most definetly need more than 2 weeks to do everything

It's great being so close to the parks. Only recommendation is going to the parks early as storms seem to be in the afternoon, then returning later on for the fantastic evening parades & fireworks. Also as a Honeymoon couple )+ 6 others!) the bedroom was a luxury retreat!!.
The Outback is lovely for good food and the Poderossa does a lovely breakfast buffet, but long queues, so the Black Angus is a great alternative breakfast buffet without the wait!We will definately be recommending your villa to any friends planning a visit or maybe for our return,

We had a GREAT time. We loved the short ride to the Disney Parks 15 mins even with the traffic. The house was VERY comfortable; the children LOVED having the pool right here. We visited Disney daily our favourites: Magic Kingdom +++
Also the Outback Steakhouse on the main corner is good. The sgrocery store in that Plaza is really nice.
Enjoy your vacation- We sure did!!

We Have Been Absolutely Delighted Staying In Your Lovely Villa. The Pool Was Such A Bonus Being So Warm, As An Evening Swim After Busy Theme Park Days, Was Excellent.
None Of Us Wants To Leave.
We Found Good Tips Looking At Previous Guests Comments On Where To Eat. We Love The Golden Coral For Breakfast By The Way.
Carrabas, Olive Garden And The Outback SteakHouse Are Also Good For Evening Meals.

HERE I AM AGAIN - THE FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW NOW AT THE CHARLOTTE. THAT I BELIEVE SAYS IT ALL!!
I WAS HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO EXTEND MY TIME THIS YEAR AND WAS LUCKY TO BE JOINED BY FIVE COLLEGE FRIENDS FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS. WE'VE BEEN GETTING TOGETHER EVERY SUMMER FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS. MAYBE WE HAVE ESTABLISHED A NEW TRADITION!

Ooh No It's Time To Leave!! Where Did The Two Weeks Go. We Have Had The Best Time And How Nice To Be Here At The End Of Each Day, Comfortable Beds, A Lovely Quiet Place To Sit Outside With Everything To Hand (Wine, Beer Etc!!)
For Future Guests, Red Lobster Is Great, Also TJ Fridays. After A Long Dat At Disney, Try Taco Bell, Spicey Burnitos Drive Through And Be home In 5 Minutes.

THE CHILDREN WERE VERY IMPRESSED TO FIND A PLAYSTATION 2 (GOD! WOW! ETC!).
WE ARE TWO FAMILIES WHO HAVE VISITED DISNEY WORLD BEFORE BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST ACCOMADATION WE HAVE HAD, IT MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE TO THE HOLIDAY.
I AM AFRAID WE HAVE DONE ALL THE TOURISTY THINGS AND NOT GONE TOO MUCH OFF THE BEATEN TRACKS, BUT OUR FAVOURITES HAVE BEEN, ANIMAL KINGDOM & SEAWORLD. WE FOUNF EATEN AT THE GOLDEN CORAL A REAL BARGAIN- CHEAP & CHEERFUL! WE ALSO HAD A GREAT MEAL AT THE RAINFOREST CAFE.

We have just returned from our first visit since buying our villa. We were delighted with all the comments from our guests and we can honestly say that every word has been quoted, there has not been one negative comment. We have up graded a number of things, notably the pool furniture, added a Playstation2 and a nes TV unit along with one or two bits and bobs, which we hope will improove our home. We came to disney in 19999 with our 2 children, one was 6 yeaers old one was 8 years old and we had to leave our 1 years old with Grandma & Grandpa. We stayed on the Disney Property, it was very tough after first few days being "captive". We came here this time with all the kids and a good family friendnamed Mack Shurtliff, who actually booked the house. Thank you so very much for the trouble you have obviously gone to, to make this holiday home just perfect. One thing you hadn't sorted out for us though.... was the weather!!!! We've never seen so much rain and never been so soaked to the skin, so many times. Thankfully the last week or so has been a lot better and our days haven't had to come to a complete halt a 3pm.
Like your previous guests we would recommend the Outback and Sizzlers, the staff are just about on my Christmas card list. The staff at Eckards were very helpfful sorting out running noses for our teething baby. Try the fresshly squeezes juice from the Big Orange on the 192 - $6 per Gallon!
This is the third trip to Orlando and we can say, without a shadow of a doubt that this has been the best of the lot. Mainly due to your lovely villa and the home from home that you have created. We wish you all the very best and to your future gusts, hope we may return, someday!!
