Our Villa is located at Cumbrian Lakes, a beautifully appointed gated community located off of Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee. It features 2 Master Suites with Queen size beds, phone, cable TV, VCR/DVD player and walk-in wardrobes. The 2 twin bedrooms also have TVs and share the 3rd bathroom.

Our large pool deck is South facing and overlooks a conservation area. The community boasts a childrens' play area as well as lakes and scenic paths for those keen on keeping fit! Our villa is fully air conditioned for year-round comfort and additionally all rooms have ceiling fans.

Entertainment in the lounge area includes cable TV, VCR/DVD player, Playstation 2 and mini Hi-Fi with CD player. There is also a PC & Wi-Fi connection with high-speed Internet and a small DVD library. The Games Room provides additional entertainment for all the family.

Our 6 bed 3 bath villa is of the highest standards and is equipped with every modern convenience. We have just installed 60" High Definition TV. For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa. Failure to observe these terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit.
