How do I add and view villas in my favourites
list?
- When viewing a villa that you would like to add
to your favourites list just click +favourites text
at the top of the villa listing.
- If you would
like to view all the villas in your favourites list
just click the Favourites List link
on the side menu or the "view my favourites" button
on the villa listing.
- Note: Your +favourites will be viewable as long
as you remain on this website. If you would like
to save your villa favourites to view at a later
date or on a different computer you must register
as a villa seeker. This is free and easy to do.

Once my booking has been confirmed what part will

and further dealings with the home owner?
- What Florida Villa (WFV) is a means of bringing you in contact with the holiday home owners.
Once your booking has been accepted your contract will be with the holiday home owners.
Any further dealings / arrangements from then on are between you and the owner. What Florida Villa (WFV) will not accept any responsibility for your bookings or arrangements after the transfer of details.

do I find out about the holiday home booking
and security deposits and cancellation policies?
- Every holiday home
owner must display Terms and conditions for you to view prior to completing your booking request. Their booking,
security deposits and cancellation polices will be detailed in that document.

7. Why is the security deposit separate from the total cost shown in the booking summary?
We didn’t want to include the security deposit in the total cost as most of our owners handle the security deposit in many different ways. So for clarity we decided to leave the security deposit out of the calculation. The details of the security deposit can be found in the Terms and Conditions set out by the owner for the particular property that you are viewing.
You will be able to view those T & C's prior to sending your booking request to the owner.
