All reservations placed via What Florida Villa (WFV) are subject to acceptance by you of the property owners terms and conditions.
Entry and departure times vary between each property and are subject to and acceptance of the owners terms and conditions. Normally you could expect an afternoon entry on the day of arrival and a morning exit on day of departure.


All information on our listed properties is supplied to us by the property owners themselves. What Florida Villa (WFV) will not be held responsible for any inaccurate information supplied to us by any property owner.


Your responsibilities:
You will not use the Services for any improper, fraudulent, criminal, immoral or unlawful purpose. or for any display of any material that is offensive, obscene or indecent.

By reserving through the Website you represent that the name, address and other factual information which you provide about you and your party are correct and that you are duly authorized to register and list the name(s), address(es) and other factual information.

Great care is taken to display all the details in your booking summary. We will not be held liable for any loss due to any omission or error on our part.

Liability
What Florida Villa (WFV) will not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury resulting in the use of any part of the owners property.

Insurance
What Florida Villa (WFV) strongly advise that you take out sufficient travel and medical insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstance which may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Availability Calendar
Our "Search by Availability" queries the property owners calendar information to obtain accurate search results. What Florida Villa (WFV) will not be held responsible for any property owner failing to update their availability calendar, resulting in a reservation being sent when availability is shown but is not actually available.
All of our property owners update their availability calendar as soon as a new booking is confirmed. This is a requirement of listing their property with us. Owners who fail to update their calendar will have their listing removed from the website.

Rental Rates
Rental Rates on our listed properties are supplied to us by the property owners themselves. What Florida Villa (WFV) will not be held responsible for any inaccurate rental rates supplied to us by any property owner.

General
You also consent to the storage by Us of any contact and personal information relative to you.

Provision of Services
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the provision of the Services for the purposes of maintenance, upgrading or editing of the Website or where this is necessary to facilitate a switchover of the Website from one I.S.P. to another at this at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing you accept that we will not be liable to you for any cost, claims or losses arising directly or indirectly (including consequential loss) from the suspension of the Services including but not limited to, where such suspension is due to any factor out with our control.

Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for any modifications.

Legal Jurisdiction
For the avoidance of doubt, any contract created hereunder shall be governed by Scottish Law. We will not be liable to you for any costs, claims or losses which arise in consequence of your use of the Services which may arise in consequence of any foreign laws which might apply to this contract or any matter flowing from this contract.
