Provision of Services
In exchange for payment of the Subscription we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Services are provided by Us at all times.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the provision of the Services for the purposes of maintenance, upgrading or editing of the Website or where this is necessary to facilitate a switchover of the Website from one I.S.P. to another at this at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing you accept that we will not be liable to you for any cost, claims or losses arising directly or indirectly (including consequential loss) from the suspension of the Services including but not limited to, where such suspension is due to any factor out with our control.

For the avoidance of doubt we are providing the Services solely and are not to be regarded as your agent in any way or as the agent of any party who approached you to make a booking having been introduced to you or contacting you via the Website. Any bookings made by any party will be a direct contract between you and the person(s) making such booking and we will not be liable to you for any costs, claims or losses which arise in consequence of any booking made.

Your responsibilities
You will not use the Services for any improper, fraudulent, criminal, immoral or unlawful purpose or for any display of any material that is offensive, obscene or indecent.

By registering and listing on the Website you represent that the name, address and other factual information which you provide about you and your listing are correct and that you are duly authorized to register and list the name, address and other factual information.

We reserve the right to cancel and remove any registration or listing or modify the same without refund if we find that you have given any false particulars or misinformation regarding your registration or listing. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against us in respect of delay or loss of bookings caused as a result of the removal of your registration or listing.
Great care is taken to display all the details in your listing. We will not be held liable for any loss due to any omission or error on our part.

What Florida Villa (WFV) at our own discretion reserves the right to alter any part of the Website. This may include the layout of your listing.

Holiday homes
It is a material condition of this contract that you must own the holiday home(s) that you are using the Services to advertise.
Your Subscription allows you to use the Services to advertise a maximum of one holiday home property only. If you have more than one holiday home property you will have to pay a second Subscription for the each additional home. Each holiday home is given a unique ID number and therefore cannot be swapped with another holiday home.

Availability Calendar
You must update your availability calendar as soon as a new booking is confirmed.

Our "Search by Availability" queries your calendar information to obtain accurate searches. It is therefore very important that you keep the calendar up to date at all times even if you have selected the option not to display your calendar on the Website.

Response Times
We expect you to be courteous and respond to any enquiries that you receive through this Website about your holiday home. Please respond within a reasonable time.

Your Listing
The description of your holiday home must be accurate.
You must give a detailed description of all the rooms in your holiday home.
Describe if your pool is overlooked, private, in a conservation area, over looking water, on a golf course.
The more descriptive you are the clearer the image of your home will be to the potential renter.

Rental Rates
You must update your rental rates to ensure that they are accurate at all times.

Links
The link on your listing must be directed to the personal website relating to the holiday home listed.
Links to other websites advertising your holiday home is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to terminate this contract without compensation or refund where any links entered onto the Website by you are found to be directed to any other websites. What Florida Villa (WFV) will not be held liable for any loss caused by the removal of your listing.

Pictures
You are entitled to display up to twelve pictures of your holiday home on the Website.
Pictures displayed must be of the holiday home listed.
All pictures must be clear, level with the horizon and display an accurate and fair portrayal of your holiday home.
All pictures uploaded for use in your listing must be in jpeg format and between 300 x 300 pixels and 1024 x 768 pixels in size.
All pictures will be automatically resized to ensure a consistent display throughout the website.
All pictures will be automatically optimized to ensure high-quality yet quick download times.

Copyright
You must own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to be able to display Images, Photographs (including digital) on the Website. You agree to indemnify What Florida Villa (WFV) against all copyright claims relating to the images or photographs used in your listing.

Display of Your Information
Please ensure that you check all grammar and spelling in your listing.
We are a professional company who wish to maintain our professional image throughout the Website. It is in all our interests to have clear, concise and up to date information about your holiday home(s) on the Website.

HTML
The use of Html tags in your listing is forbidden.

General
Your listing will be reviewed periodically to ensure that you are following our standards for advertising on the Website.

Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for any modifications.

Legal Jurisdiction
For the avoidance of doubt, any contract created hereunder shall be governed by Scottish Law. We will not be liable to you for any costs, claims or losses which arise in consequence of your use of the Services which may arise in consequence of any foreign laws which might apply to this contract or any matter flowing from this contract.
