Our reservation process is simple and easy to use.

1. When you have chosen a villa that meets all your requirements, travel dates and cost etc just click on the "Review and Reserve" button.

2. Review your dates and costs.

3. Complete your parties' details read and accept the owners Terms and Conditions.

4. Click on the "Reserve Now". Your reservation request will be sent directly to the owner.
What happens once I have sent my reservation request?
1. The villa owner will contact you within 24 – 48 hours.

2. The owner will explain how to pay the required payment.

3. The owner will also answer any questions that you may have about your villa choice.
The advantages of using What Florida Villa?

1. Reliable, accurate searches and pricing.

2. All our villa owners are required to keep their availability calendar up to date at all times therefore ensuring that our search results are as accurate as possible.

3. Each villa has clear and concise information that includes detailed descriptions of the villa, the available amenities, the villa location and calculated cost of your stay for your travel dates.

4. We do not require any form of payment. Your booking is made directly with the villa owner and not with What Florida Villa.
