Our home is named "Silverwood Villa" and is a 5 bedroom, single storey, detached property situated on the new development of Silver Creek, an exclusive suburb of Clermont. It has 2 Master Bedrooms both with en-suite facilities,(ideal for 2 families sharing,) and a large private, heated pool. Although in a quiet, conservation area, it is only minutes away from restaurants and shops. If you are looking for all the excitement of the Disney Theme Parks yet want a peaceful location to relax in at the end of a hectic day, then our home at Silver Creek would be perfect. The villa is privately owned by ourselves and we look upon it as our home from home in Florida. We have tried to provide every comfort needed for a super vacation, and it is available for rent when we are not there ourselves.

Located on the exclusive new development of Windwood Bay we are perfectly situated for all of the attractions which have made Orlando the vacation capital of the world. With championship golf and shopping less than five minutes drive and Walt Disney World less than 15 minutes this is the ideal location for your vacation!

The villa has two master bedrooms with en-suite at the front and rear of the property, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share the third bathroom. There is a formal dining room and sitting room, a family room and a breakfasting kitchen. When you want to have a day chilling out the villa has an enclosed, south-east facing pool and spa at the rear. The pool boasts a fibre-optic lighting system, and there is a heating system for both pool and spa, should the winter prove a little too cold.

The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and can accommodate eight in comfort.

Villa "Cape Florida" is a luxurious, newly built villa and situated in the desirable South East part of Cape Coral, on the South Gulf Coast of Florida, in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms which have been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The 3 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 queen size, have 32” and 26” flat screen tv with cable and a 42” in the living room, wireless internet so you can go online when ever you want.
The pool is solar-heated and is west facing so it gets the sun all day and is very private and not overlooked. There are stunning sunsets from the pool, lanai or the private dock. The villa is situated 12 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius.
